Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Cabinet Designer to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys design, client interaction, and wants to contribute to the growth of a new company in a positive, collaborative environment.
There is also opportunity for additional income through sales related to the design work, for candidates interested in expanding beyond design.
Responsibilities
Design kitchen cabinet layouts using 2020 Design software
Meet with clients, builders, and contractors to develop functional and attractive designs
Prepare accurate layouts, renderings, and cabinet plans
Assist clients with cabinet selections and layout decisions
Coordinate with sales and operations to ensure project accuracy and flow
Support the growth and development of the new business
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience using 2020 Design software (required)
Proven experience in kitchen cabinet design (wholesale or retail)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a small, growing team
