    Job Overview: As the Foreman – Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning, you will lead a route-based crew responsible for servicing commercial kitchen exhaust systems in accordance with NFPA 96 standards. This hands-on leadership role includes supervising technicians, maintaining quality and safety on-site, and ensuring customer satisfaction across your assigned accounts. You’ll be the point person for planning, execution, and quality control during each service.

    As a Foremen, you will:

    Oversee the complete cleaning of commercial kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, filters, ductwork, and rooftop exhaust fans

    Set up and break down job sites efficiently and safely

    Ensure each job is completed to the highest quality and industry standards

    Maintain all tools and equipment in proper working order, and report discrepancies or repair needs

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Effectively clean and service Commercial Kitchen Exhaust Systems on site at the customer.

    Own quality control for each customer serviced and ensure a high quality service.

    Effectively manage the customer route and the associated route personnel.

    Manage route inventory, Kitchen Guard equipment, and associated tools.

    Demonstrate a keen understanding of fire and life safety systems.

    Conduct on-site inspections to assess the client’s needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

    Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements to provide informed consultations.

    Ensure the safety and efficient installation and maintenance of fire safety equipment.

    Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

    Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

    Participate in ongoing safety training to maintain a high level of awareness and preparedness.

    Problem-solving on-site challenges and make recommendations for improvement.

    Physical Requirements:

    Be physically able to climb ladders to gain rooftop access to commercial establishments.

    Must be able to work overnight with availability from 8pm to 8am.

    Ability to squat, lift, and carry 50 lbs., a minimum of 100 feet.

    Able to stand for 10 hours at a time.

    Have excellent attention to detail and work fast and efficiently.
