    Now Hiring: Kitchen Manager Voodoo Brewing Co. – Erie, PA

    Voodoo Brewing Co. – Erie is looking for a dependable, hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house team.

    This position is responsible for daily kitchen operations, food quality, team leadership, prep planning, inventory, cleanliness, food safety, and smooth execution during service. We are looking for someone who can manage the kitchen, work the line when needed, train staff, control waste, and help maintain a consistent guest experience.

    Responsibilities include:

    Leading and supporting kitchen staff

    Managing food quality, consistency, and ticket times

    Working the line during peak periods as needed

    Overseeing prep, portioning, inventory, and ordering

    Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards

    Helping control food cost, waste, and product usage

    Communicating with front-of-house and management

    Preparing for events, rushes, and high-volume service

    Ideal candidates should have:

    Strong kitchen and line cooking experience

    Prior leadership or kitchen management experience preferred

    Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure

    Strong communication and teamwork skills

    Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards

    Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and events

    ServSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain

    This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in clean kitchens, consistent food, strong teamwork, and getting things done the right way.

    Compensation: Based on experience, Estimated 45,500 per year + incentives Position: Full-time Location: Voodoo Brewing Co. – Erie, PA
