    The Brass Tap is seeking a driven and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead the daily operations of our fast-paced sports bar Kitchen. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong operational knowledge, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to create an exciting, high-energy guest experience. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business in the kitchen, including kitchen staff management, Kitchen inventory, ordering, cooking and compliance.

    Source, select, and grow great kitchen team members

    Manage kitchen inventory, kitchen prep work and cooking

    Deliver superb guest experiences & fantastic food

    Create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for your guests

    Ensure adherence to all food safety

    Responsibilities

    Manage and follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling & storage

    Manage and follow safety and sanitation procedures

    Manage and follow recipe procedures

    Manage and keep equipment clean and organized

    Complete duties without constant supervision

    Requirements

    Available to work weekend and holiday shifts

    Ability to manage and read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, spec charts in English

    Able to competently operate the grill, fryers, oven and other kitchen equipment

    Continuous standing, bending and lifting up to 60 pounds

    Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment
