We need a hardworking person who can get in and help with a variety of kitchen tasks. In addition to unloading dirty dishes brought in by bussers, you will be scraping, sorting, and loading dishes into the dishwashing machine. Responsibilities: • Unload the dishwashing machine and place utensils and dishes in appropriate storage areas • Rinse glassware, scrape plates, and sort dishes before loading them into the dishwasher • Maintain a clean working environment by sweeping and mopping kitchen floors daily • Attend regular employee meetings that will help you stay current on all procedures and safety protocols • Ensure appropriate levels of detergent and cleaning supplies while also keeping track of dishwashing machine mechanical problems Qualifications: • Candidates must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic • Prior food service industry experience is highly desired • Great physical health and stamina • Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent • Must have reliable transportation. Some of the locations are not on the bus line. Compensation: $16 hourly
