We require a dependable person who can jump in and assist with a range of kitchen activities. You will be scraping, sorting, and loading dishes into the dishwashing machine in addition to unloading dirty dishes brought in by bussers. Responsibilities: • Sort dishes, scrape plates, and rinse glassware before loading into the dishwashing machine • After unloading the dishwasher, return utensils and plates to their proper locations • Ensure appropriate levels of detergent and cleaning supplies while also keeping track of dishwashing machine mechanical problems • Take part in employee meetings regularly to stay up to date on all policies and safety regulations • Maintain a clean working environment by sweeping and mopping kitchen floors daily Qualifications: • Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification • Previous experience working in food service is preferred • Candidates must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic • In good physical condition with excellent health
