Saddleback BBQ at Coach’s is looking for Kitchen Staff who thrive in fast-paced environments. You’ll help prep, cook, and deliver authentic smoked BBQ in one of Lansing’s busiest kitchens.

What You’ll Do:

Prep and cook food to company standards

Stay quick and accurate during service rushes

Keep the kitchen clean and stocked

Support kitchen leadership and teammates

Qualifications:

3–5 years of kitchen experience preferred (we’ll consider less if motivated)

Dependable, hardworking, and positive

Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
