Apni Mandi is a fast-growing Indian grocer that serves a brand customer base and offers authentic and well-priced produce, grocery, dairy and prepared foods.

Our largest store, located in Fremont, California requires the services of an experienced Kitchen Manager that can design menus, source ingredients, and supervise a team of chefs and servers to offer the highest quality and fresh foods, both savory and desserts.

The Kitchen Manager must be able to maintain high standards of cuisine and hygiene and be able to manage both the kitchen team as well as the financial results of the kitchen. A broad set of culinary skills and management abilities are required.
