This position requires a high level of emotional intelligence and ability to mange stress within a high pressure environment. Our certified trainers will work multiple shifts with together in order to prepare you for the role, but it will be your responsibility to work with a high sense of urgency at all times. As a representative of Chick-fil-A, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by handling and assembling the Food: The primary motivation for every guest on their way to Chick-fil-A.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and assemble menu items according to Chick-fil-A recipes and procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
Work efficiently during high-volume rush periods
Communicate effectively with team members and leaders
Support fellow team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties depending on your availability
Some specific positions that you could be trained on include: Washing Dishes, Breading chicken, Rotating inventory within Freezer, Operating Fryers, Sweeping Floors, etc.
