THE ROLE: KITCHEN TEAM MEMBER

As a Kitchen Team Member, you’ll be focused exclusively on back-of-house execution. This role is for cooks who take pride in preparation, cleanliness, and consistency, and who want to be part of a disciplined, well-run fast-casual kitchen.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prep and bake wings and menu items according to recipes and standards

Execute consistently during high-volume service periods

Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness at all times

Keep prep, line, and storage areas organized and stocked

Follow systems designed to support speed, quality, and accuracy

Communicate clearly with teammates to support smooth kitchen flow

Take ownership of your station and contribute to a positive team culture
