We are seeking dedicated team members to join our team and complete kitchen remodeling projects in homes across our community. We are seeking career minded remodelers or construction professionals who are willing to learn new techniques and are looking for a stable, well-paying career, with growth opportunities.

This is a hands-on position and the ability to safely operate power hand tools is required. Training is provided for the completion of cabinet redooring, refacing, and kitchen remodeling projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Complete installation and finishing of cabinetry and remodeling tasks.

Follow instructions given by project manager

Follow Trust points on every project and job site

Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily

Communicate with project manager daily about progress

Work quickly and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards

Qualifications:

Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions

Must be able to safely operate power hand tools including a table saw, compound miter saw, power hand saw, router, planer, powered nail gun, and other tools as necessary

Must be able to interact with our customers on a professional & friendly level

Must take personal pride in a job well done the first time

Able to drill for hinges, install cabinet doors, drawer fronts, cabinets, and moldings preferred

Finish carpentry experience preferred
