    Our Kitchen Consultants collaborate with our customers in their homes in providing solutions to their kitchen remodeling needs. We offer 5 core services that range in budgets and timelines to fit a range of needs. Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking a Kitchen Consultant to support sales and service in our local territories.

    This position works with professionalism and consistency to offer solutions for kitchen remodeling / renovation clients. Design background is not required. We will train the right individuals that have a passion for listening and collaborating with our customers in creating kitchen solutions that fit their needs and lifestyle.

    As a Kitchen Tune-Up Consultant, you will:

    Offer superior customer service experience.

    Provide in-home consultations, collaborating with customers on material selections and services.

    Owns every stage of the customer journey from lead to consultation through completion.

    Follow the 5 Step Sales process.

    Kitchen Tune-Up Consultant Qualifications and Skills:

    Ability to quickly build rapport, listen and collaborate with customers.

    Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.

    Professional, personable, and self-motivated.

    Tech savvy.

    Comfortable attending networking events, building referral networks, and driving own leads.
