    Kitchen Tune-Up Bend Redmond is seeking a Kitchen Sales Specialists to join our team offering kitchen remodeling and cabinetry updates across Central Oregon. We offer our clients many different services from cabinet restoration, painting, redooring, refacing and new custom cabinets.

    Job Duties:

    Follow a proven sales process

    Manage lead flow.

    Able to hit monthly sales goals.

    Maintain frequent communication with customers and prompt follow-up with leads.

    Some Saturday appointments

    Stay organized and able to quote products correctly

    Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up in-home or virtual sales process (training is provided).

    Confident to ask for the order, persistent in sales follow-up, strong desire to win and succeed.

    Track and maintain notes in a CRM database.

    Represent the brand and position yourself as the industry professional in the area.

    Communicate regularly with the franchise owner follow instructions and advice given.

    Ability to take basic measurements and draw neat diagrams.

    Being able to sale multiple services

    Skills and Requirements:

    High attention to detail.

    Computer/tablet/smartphone proficient.

    Willing to learn.

    Able to communicate with foreman about the project.

    Able to write out a detailed proposal of the job using CRM.

    Highly motivated, dependable, with a strong work ethic

    Positive mindset and attitude

    Social media savvy: knowledge on maintaining a Facebook business page and responding to Facebook messages in a timely manner.

    Optimistic, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude.

    Ability to set priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Professional demeanor suitable to working in our client’s homes.

    The Salesperson works with professionalism and consistency to successfully achieve sales goals.

    Reporting Relationship

    The salesperson reports to the manager/franchisee as applicable.

    Duties and Relationships

    Creates outside leads and sales other than those generated by the Idea Center and Design Studio’s advertising.

    Qualifies each prospect’s wants and needs into a plan of sales actions.

    Performs job site measuring and gathers the information necessary to create a cabinet layout, which meets the customer’s needs.

    Photographs the remodeling jobs that are being measured to provide “before” photographs for the showroom album.

    Gathers information on all job-related products in order to provide a presentation to the customer.

    Assembles a quote and related information to present to the customer with the goal of creating a sale.

    Revises quotes or drawings as customers’ wants and needs are assessed.

    Collects payments from customers.

    Communicates necessary information to KTU Design Services to enable them to complete a cabinet order. Or, if KTU Design Services is not used complete and place the order himself.

    Meets the installer at the job prior to installation to inspect and cover all necessary details.

    Continues customer contact during the job and monitor all related activities.

    Processes all credit card payments from the customer.
