We provide home renovation services from cabinet restoration to kitchen/bathroom remodeling. Kitchen Tune-Up Concord is seeking a part-time, in-home sales specialist for the role of Remodeling Consultant. We offer unique custom products and services that are in strong demand. Your consultative efforts are solidly backed by a local business and a national franchise system. This position works with professionalism and consistency to successfully achieve sales goals. We provide training and offer a commission plus base salary compensation package.
Job Duties :
Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training is provided)
Conduct initial phone calls to potential customers to set up appointments
Conduct scheduled "in-home" consultations at customer’s sites
Gather information on each customer’s needs and provide a presentation to the customer
Allowed to create outside leads and sales other than those generated by Kitchen Tune-Up’s advertising
Create and revise a quote and related information to present to each customer with the goal of creating a sale, using our CRM system
Meet with franchise owner regularly to discuss about sales goals, strategies, lead generation ideas and programs, and any issues directed toward creating successful sales
Work with a flexible schedule
Participate in home/trade shows as part of the ongoing marketing/sales campaign
Requirements :
Previous sales experience
Strong negotiating skills
Highly motivated, dependable, with strong work ethic
Optimistic, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional demeanor suitable to working in our clients’ homes
Speak clearly using good diction and vocabulary
Computer and smartphone proficient
Must hold a valid California driver’s license
Must be legally authorized to work in the US
Must be willing to complete a background check
