    Overview

    Kitchen Tune-Up Danbury is rapidly expanding and is searching for a Salesperson to take leadership of continuing this growth.

    Kitchen Tune-Up specializes in affordable kitchen and bathroom remodeling: re-dooring, refacing, new cabinets, wood restoration and other solutions to affordably and quickly update your kitchen and bath. At Kitchen Tune-Up we believe you don’t have to spend a fortune or be displaced from your home for weeks to get the space you’ve always wanted.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    The Kitchen Tune-Up salesperson works with professionalism and consistency to successfully achieve sales goals. The salesperson reports to the franchise owner

    Create sales leads otherthan those generated by the franchise. Represent the franchise at home shows and other booth opportunities with the goal of generating sales leads. Convert all available sales leads into scheduled sales appointments. Convert as many sales appointments as possible into sales. (a minimum of 30% is expected)

    Bring prospects and customers through the process of creating interest, determining wants, presenting KTU solutions, proposing and closing sales, follow through and validation of sales, building consumer confidence and trust.

    Assist franchise owner in tracking leads to assess advertising, public relations and sales force effectiveness.

    Efficiently communicate with KTU Design Services to assure a design and order within customers’ specifications. Work within KTU Design Services requirements. If applicable, create design within customers’ specifications and write product order to fulfill sale.

    Coordinate with franchise owner to assure successful ordering of materials and supplies, and scheduling installations. Coordinate with installer and franchise owner to discuss installation plan and any special instructions.

    Meet with franchise owner weekly to discuss sales goals, strategies, lead generation ideas and programs, employee development progress, and all other issues directed toward creating a successful employee/ employer relationship.

    Perform all other related tasks and duties contributing to the successful performance of a KTU salesperson.

    Compensation

    This position is a commission-based sales role that provides significant upside earning potential for the right candidate that can convert leads into sales for a product that delights customers and exceeds their expectations
