Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking a Project Coordinator for our Kitchen and Bathroom remodeling projects. This individual will manage overall program planning responsibilities as well as the associated tasks, and customer communication. The candidate needs to be energetic, have great customer service skills, be a strong communicator, well organized and have the ability and desire to be a change agent . Design experience a bonus. Position will be based in Grand Rapids design showroom.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Works with the cross functional team to ensure industry best customer experience

Project planning and scheduling

Primary point of contact for customers during their remodeling project

Manages and executes the order process with suppliers

Manages and executes shipment tracking and receiving

Inventory management pre and post job

Utilizes existing Kitchen Tune-Up systems and has a passion for continuous improvement

Manages customer experience through the Kitchen and Bathroom sale

Assist customers in the showroom and sells as needed

Performs job invoicing and statement mailings on a computer system.

Performs any other duties as required.
