    Fast growing company is seeking a Sales Professional for the role of Remodeling Sales Consultant. We offer unique custom products and services that are in strong demand. The Salesperson works with professionalism and consistency to successfully achieve sales goals. Can expect to run 5-10 appointments per week. Your efforts are solidly backed by a local business with an excellent reputation, and a national franchise system in business for over three decades. If you are willing to make a commitment to learn our products and processes, are friendly and personable; you will be a success.

    100% commission. Unlimited income potential available for motivated individuals willing to develop account based business, such as interior designers, contractors, builders, and real estate firms.Work hours are flexible and may require attending sales appointments on Saturdays.

    Job Duties:

    Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training is provided)

    Conduct scheduled "virtual/in-home" consultations, making presentations to homeowners

    Confident to ask for the order, persistent in sales follow up, strong desire to win and succeed

    Cooperatively market your skills as an industry professional

    Ability to take basic measurements and draw neat diagrams

    Computer and smartphone proficient

    Creates outside leads and sales other than those generated by the office

    Qualifies each prospect’s wants and needs into a plan of sales actions

    Gathers information on all job-related products in order to provide a presentation to the customer

    Assembles a quote and related information to present to the customer with the goal of creating a sale

    Revises quotes or drawings as customers’ wants and needs are assessed

    Collects payments from customers

    Communicates necessary information to home office Design Services to enable them to complete the order

    Complete and place the orders

    Meets the installer at the job prior to installation to inspect and cover all necessary details

    Continues customer contact during the job and monitor all related activities

    Job Requirements:

    Able to work days, some evenings and weekend appointments

    Strong negotiating skills

    Highly motivated, dependable, with strong work ethic

    Optimistic, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Professional demeanor suitable to working in clients homes

    Must have reliable transportation
