Kitchen Tune-Up is in the construction, installation and remodeling of all types of cabinetry. We are growing and in need of motivated individuals who want to learn the specific skills of cabinet building and restoration operations and logistics.Can start IMMEDIATELY.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain order and cleanliness of warehouse by separating job tools, shop tools, job materials (custom ordered) and job consumables
Maintain job tool kits and develop tracking system.
Develop tool and consumables inventories and replenishment procedures to ensure readiness for upcoming jobs.
Develop accountability of materials and tools procedures and develop enforcement procedures and protocols.
Receive shipments of materials and verify all in accordance with provided orders.
Protect (with blanketing and foam packaging) and organize job material in accordance with planned job sequences to ensure they remain ‘as new’ until installed in customer homes.
Sign for receipt of shipments and accommodate in warehouse.
Develop detailed receiving, warehousing, and distribution operating procedures to maximize the operations team efficiency.
Initiate and train new employees in warehouse and accountability of materials procedures.
Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement
Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock
Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse
Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with office management and other team leads
Compensation based upon experience level
