Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking an in-home specialty remodeling professional for the Kitchen Remodeling Sales Consultant role. We offer unique custom products and services that are in strong demand. We remodel the heart of the home.

A new team member can expect to run multiple appointments per week. Your consultative efforts are solidly backed by a local business with an excellent reputation and a national franchise system in business for over three decades. If you are willing to commit to learning our products and processes and are friendly and personable, you will be a success. Our work is consistent year-round, with no worry about seasonality.

Reporting Relationship

The salesperson reports to the owner of the franchise.

WE OFFER

This is a 100% commission role - first year potential $50-85k. Upside potential is unlimited, with the commission, quarterly, and year-end bonuses uncapped!

Flexible hours to schedule appointments (must be based in the Louisville Area).

All equipment and training to be successful in this role.

YOU ARE:

Experienced Consumer Facing Sales Professional (Home Improvement background a plus)

Well Equipped with "hunting" & "farming" skill sets

Independent Self-Starter

Job Duties :

Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training is provided).

Conduct scheduled "in-home" consultations, making presentations to homeowners

Confident in asking for the order, persistent in sales follow-up, and strongly desires to win and succeed.

Cooperatively market your skills as an industry professional

Unlimited income potential available for motivated individuals willing to develop account-based businesses, such as interior designers, contractors, builders, and real estate firms

Desire to work with the owner to identify and launch additional lead generation activities (such as business networking groups, event booths, etc)

Ability to take basic measurements and draw neat diagrams

Communicates job details to the operations team to ensure accurate ordering and execution

Continues customer contact during the job and at the end of the project

Computer and smartphone proficient

Job Requirements :

Able to work days and some evenings and weekend appointments.

Participate in home/trade show rotation

Strong negotiating skills

Highly motivated, dependable, with a strong work ethic

Creates outside leads and sales other than those generated by Kitchen Tune-Up’s advertising.

Optimistic, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Professional demeanor suitable for working in our client's homes

Speak clearly using good diction and vocabulary

Must have reliable transportation

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year.
