We offer unique custom products and services that are in strong demand. The Salesperson works with professionalism and consistency to successfully achieve sales goals.
A new team member can expect to run 8-12 appointments per week. Your consultative efforts are solidly backed by a local business with an excellent reputation, and a national franchise system in business for over three decades. If you are willing to make a commitment to learn our products and processes, are friendly and personable; you will be a success. Our work is consistent year round, no worry about seasonality.
This is a 100% commission role with unlimited potential. Unlimited income potential available for motivated individuals willing to develop account based business, such as interior designers, contractors, builders, and real estate firms.
Reporting Relationship
The salesperson reports to the manager/franchisee as applicable.Job Duties :
Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training is provided).
Conduct scheduled "in-home" consultations, making presentations to homeowners
Confident to ask for the order, persistent in sales follow up, strong desire to win and succeed
Cooperatively market your skills as an industry professional
Ability to take basic measurements and draw neat diagrams
Computer and smartphone proficient
Creates outside leads and sales other than those generated by the office.
Qualifies each prospect’s wants and needs into a plan of sales actions.
Performs job site measuring and gathers the information necessary to create a cabinet layout, which meets the customer’s needs.
Photographs the remodeling jobs that are being measured to provide “before” photographs for the showroom album.
Gathers information on all job-related products in order to provide a presentation to the customer.
Assembles a quote and related information to present to the customer with the goal of creating a sale.
Revises quotes or drawings as customers’ wants and needs are assessed.
Collects payments from customers.
Communicates necessary information to KTU Design Services to enable them to complete a cabinet order. Or, if KTU Design Services is not used complete and place the order himself.
Completes the purchase order requisition to enable the Administrative Assistant to type the purchase order.
Initiates any job change orders.
Meets the installer at the job prior to installation to inspect and cover all necessary details.
Continues customer contact during the job and monitor all related activities.
Processes all credit card payments from the customer.
Job Requirements :
Able to work days, and some evenings and weekend appointments.
Participate in home/trade show rotation
Strong negotiating skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional demeanor suitable to working in our clients homes
Speak clearly using good diction and vocabulary
Must have reliable transportation
