    Kitchen Tune-Up Novi, Michigan is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Specialist. We provide kitchen remodeling services in Novi/White Lake and surrounding communities. Our distinct offerings include cabinet restoration, painting, refacing, redooring and new custom cabinets. This is a straight-commission, in-home sales position with company provided leads.

    Reporting Relationship

    The Sales Specialist reports directly to the Franchise Owner.

    Job Duties

    Obtain sales goals & meet sales objectives.

    Represent the KTU brand positively & conduct activities professionally.

    Diligently manage the lead flow process.

    Utilize KTU data and the CRM network for sales & marketing activities.

    Conduct compelling virtual and in-home presentations by effectively following the KTU proven sales process (TRAINING PROVIDED).

    Maintain franchise marketing channels - social networking, referral, in-person, community activities, home-shows, print & direct mail.

    Foster outside lead generation, apart from the franchise activities.

    Regularly communicate with the franchise owner and follow instructions & suggestions given.

    Maintain frequent communications with prospects and customers and provide prompt response to any issues.

    Stay informed of industry news, new product offers, competitive activities and other developments.

    Attend regular training, business or community meetings or other events as may be required.

    Skills & Requirements

    Michigan Residential Builders Sales License preferred*

    Organizational skills, maintenance of schedules, and the ability to set priorities.

    Excellent written and verbal communications.

    Friendly, professional demeanor.

    Computer, tablet, and smartphone proficiency.

    Ability to write a detailed proposal for work to be performed and materials required.
