    Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-driven Administrative Coordinator to facilitate amazing client experiences, coordinate projects, and support our sales and installation teams. This role is central to our mission of remodeling the expectations of our clients through high standards of project delivery.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Handle all correspondence, client communication, and support duties for our busy team.

    Maintain accurate project records and schedules using CRM software.

    Coordinate and complete project details, including technical measurements completed on site, material ordering, and scheduling. (no experience necessary training provided)

    Check orders for damage and accuracy, manage inventory, and assist the Project Manager or Franchise Owner as required.

    Generate reviews and referrals through excellent client service.

    Assist the Manager with tracking project related financials and payroll.

    Organize project photography and manage social media posts and responses.

    Qualifications:

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new computer programs.

    Strong organizational skills with an exceptional attention to detail.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Experience with CRM systems, social media for business lead generation preferred.

    Highly motivated, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
