Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking a Cabinet Apprentice Installer for part -time and full-time employment on kitchen remodels.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Have a CAN DO attitude
Arrive to job site on time
Follow Trustpoints on every job
Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily
Communicate with project manager daily about progress
Work quickly and efficiently
Team player yet works well independently
Skills:
Stellar work ethic
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions without deviating
Ability to work in Chicago and surrounding communities
Must be able to interact with our customers on a professional & friendly level
Must take personal pride in a job well done the first time
Must have a valid driver's license with a verifiable good driving record and no physical limitations to perform the tasks required
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Additional Skills (preferred but not required). Training is provided.
Prior experience in refacing a plus
Prior experience in cutting moldings
Proficient in measuring and recording cabinet dimensions
Prior experience in tiling backsplashes a plus
Prior experience with hand held power tools, saws, etc
Ability to color blend to refinish cabinets(cannot be color blind)
