Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking a Sales/Project Manager to lead our crew offering 1-5 day kitchen updates across Boise and surrounding communities. We offer unique custom products and services that are in strong demand with homeowners.Ideal candidates have knowledge of the remodeling & cabinet industry, are friendly and personable, and enjoy leading a team of employees and/or sub-contractors.Kitchen Tune-Up is a local business backed by a national franchise system with an excellent reputation.If you are willing to make a commitment to learn our products and processes, are friendly and personable; you will be a success. Our work is consistent year round, no worry about seasonality.This position offers a base salary commission for 90 days, moving to commission only. Upside potential is unlimited commission, uncapped.

Job Duties:

Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up in-home sales process (training is provided)

Conduct scheduled in-home consultations, making presentations to homeowners

Confident to ask for the order, persistent in sales follow-up, strong desire to win and succeed.

Cooperatively market your skills as an industry professional

Unlimited income potential available for motivated individuals willing to develop account based business, such as interior designers, contractors, builders, and real estate firms.

Ability to take basic measurements and draw neat diagrams

Skills and Requirements:

Ability to excel in a team environment and lead a crew of 4-6 team members

Computer and smartphone proficient

Highly motivated, dependable, with a strong work ethic

Optimistic, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Professional demeanor suitable to working in our clients homes

Speak clearly using good diction and vocabulary

Must have reliable transportation
