Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage lead flow.
Maintain frequent communications with clients and prompt follow-up with prospects and clients.
Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training is provided).
Have confidence to ask for the sale, be persistent in follow-up, and have a strong desire to succeed.
Track and maintain notes in our CRM software.
Represent the brand professionally in appearance and attire, and position yourself as an industry professional.
Communicate regularly with the franchise owner and follow instructions for the sales process.
Creates quarterly sales goals and quarterly lead and closing goals.
Stay organized and able to quote products correctly.
Ability to take basic measurements and draw neat diagrams.
Being able to sell multiple services
Must have reliable transportation
Generate leads through referrals or at home shows and other networking, industry, and local events.
