Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking in-home specialty remodeling professionals for the role of Kitchen Remodeling Sales Consultant. We offer unique custom products and services that are in strong demand.

A new team member can expect to run multiple appointments per week. Your consultative efforts are solidly backed by a local business with an excellent reputation, and a national franchise system in business for over three decades. If you are willing to make a commitment to learn our products and processes, are friendly and personable; you will be a success. Our work is consistent year-round, no worry about seasonality.

This is a 100% commission role. First Year Potential $60-80k. Upside potential is unlimited, commission, quarterly and year-end bonuses uncapped!

Reporting Relationship

The salesperson reports directly to the franchise owner.

Job Duties :

Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training is provided)

Conduct scheduled "in-home" consultations, making presentations to homeowners

Confident to ask for the order, persistent in sales follow up, strong desire to win and succeed

Cooperatively market your skills as an industry professional

Unlimited income potential available for motivated individuals willing to develop account based business, such as interior designers, contractors, builders, and real estate firms

Desire to work with sales director to identify and launch additional lead generation activities (such as business networking groups, event booths, etc)

Ability to take basic measurements and draw neat diagrams

Communicates job details to operations team to ensure accurate ordering and execution

Continues customer contact during the job as needed

Computer and smartphone proficient

Job Requirements :

Able to work days, and some evenings and weekend appointments

Participate in home/trade show rotation

Strong negotiating skills

Highly motivated, dependable, with strong work ethic

Creates outside leads and sales other than those generated by Kitchen Tune-Up’s advertising

Optimistic, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Professional demeanor suitable to working in our clients homes

Speak clearly using good diction and vocabulary

Must have reliable transportation

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
