The Salesperson works with professionalism and consistency to successfully achieve sales goals.
Reporting Relationship
The salesperson reports to the manager/franchisee as applicable.
Sales Role Expectations:
Uphold the Mission and Values of our business.
Follow Sales Process, as per the sales manual
Attend weekly sales coaching call (min 3 per month)
Perform sales calls and in person appointment at the customer’s request and convenience.
Lead follow-up and qualification.
Collection of payment for projects including the post-job meeting and final payment.
Recording/notating in specified software of ALL contact with each lead.
Customer referral and customer review follow-up.
Attend Professional Networking with realtors and other related professionals (min 1 per quarter)
Attend home shows & other community marketing events when needed
Lead Generation
The company expects to generate many leads for you; however, we do expect you to generate some of your own leads. Self-generated leads are not primarily “friends or family”; rather they should be the result of you being a creative thinker, community networking and Brand Ambassador for the business.
