    The Kitchen Tune-Up® Operations Assistant works with professionalism and consistency to successfully achieve project installation goals. The Operations Manager reports to the franchise owner.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    1. Perform Measuring of all Projects such as Refacing, Redooring, Custom Cabinets, Organizers, Accessories, etc.

    2. In Charge of all Ordering and Receiving in Warehouse of materials whether from suppliers, KTU, hardware, marketing material, etc.

    3. Meet with sales team and owner weekly to coordinate to assure successful measuring, ordering of materials and supplies, and scheduling installations.

    4. Coordinate with installers to audit all materials and provide with installation plan prior to installation.

    5. Efficiently communicate with sales teams of any delays and status of orders.

    6. Monitor and track vehicles and installation teams, providing reports and calculating deductions from employees.

    7. Coordinate with suppliers, plumbers, electricians, and contractors to assure a successful project execution.

    8. Meet with franchise owner weekly to discuss goals, processes, process improvement ideas, employee development progress, and all other issues directed toward creating a successful employee/ employer relationship.

    9. Make this job fun and conduct oneself in a manner which allows your customers and fellow employees to also have fun.

    10. Perform all other related tasks and duties contributing to the successful performance of a KTU salesperson and technicians.

    Qualifications

    Computer and smartphone proficient.

    Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

    Highly motivated and dependable.

    Organized with a strong attention to detail.

    Resourceful and willing to learn new computer programs.

    Ability to set priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
