We are looking for a Salesperson that exhibits professionalism, integrity, passion, and drive, to achieve sales goals and grow with us. Must be able to learn and follow existing well-developed sales process. Experience in selling kitchen remodeling is preferred but not required. All sales are done in the customer's home.

This is currently a part-time position that will grow to a full-time option as lead generation continues to develop.

Commission Rate

7 to 10% of Gross Profit and 12 to 15% from self-generated leads.

The Salesperson works with professionalism, integrity, and consistency to successfully achieve sales goals. Must be able to closely follow existing, highly-developed franchise sales process. Ability to develop own lead pool in addition to working incoming leads from existing lead sources.

Reporting Relationship

The salesperson reports to the local franchise owner.

Duties and Relationships

Registers prospects in lead tracking system.

Follows up on all leads via phone, e-mail and/or text within 24 hours.

Creates additional outside leads and sales other than those generated by existing advertising.

Qualifies each prospect’s wants and needs into a plan of actions.

Performs job site measuring and gathers the information necessary to create a cabinet layout, which meets the customer's needs.

Photographs jobs that are being measured to provide “before” photographs for the project album.

Gathers information on all job-related products in order to provide a presentation to the customer.

Assembles a quote and related information to present to the customer with the goal of creating a sale.

Revises quotes or drawings as customers’ needs are assessed.

Communicates to design services (where applicable) to enable a customer rendering to be completed.

Completes and places orders on behalf of the business, initiates any job change orders.

Meets the installer at the job prior to installation to inspect and cover all necessary details.

Continues customer contact during and after the job and monitors all related activities to maintain customer satisfaction.

Processes all payments from the customer.

Must be able to work in the United States, with a valid driver's license. Must have reliable transportation to job sites.
