TAC Franchising LLC (“TAC Fran”) is seeking an empathetic, positive, resourceful, proactive, result- and growth-oriented Administrative Assistant with customer service experience to help us build a Benevolent Business Empire (Purpose and Profits!) as a multi-territory, multi-brand franchisee in the home services space starting in our backyard of Atlanta and growing throughout the Southeast.
TAC Fran (through its subsidiaries) has started as a Kitchen Tune-Up (“KTU”) and Bath Tune-Up (“BTU”) franchisee in Canton, Woodstock, and Cumming, GA.
You will have a hybrid role, assisting the General Manager (“GM”) while also managing our office and being part of our KTU and BTU sales and customer service team and have opportunities to (i) earn performance-based incentives and (ii) grow as we grow.
Compensation for Administrative Assistant
Base salary of $45,000 to $65,000, depending on experience and work expectations.

Administrative Assistant Job Summary for KTU and BTU
You, as our Administrative Assistant, will in many instances be our first point of contact with our customers, including by greeting our customers in the selection center or show room, answering incoming phone calls by the third ring, and following up on customer leads. You will also manage our social media accounts, enter data into our customer relationship management (“CRM”) system, help enhance the customer experience by putting together customer packets and gifts, and handle all routine correspondence, billing, filing, and other administrative and support duties.
Reporting Relationship
You will report directly to the General Manager of KTU and BTU, but you will be responsible for helping our entire KTU and BTU team.

Initial Selection Center/Office/Warehouse: 224 Brown Industrial Parkway, Suite 103B, Canton, GA 30114
Potential, Additional Locations: Surrounding areas within “Metro Atlanta” (i.e., the Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Alpharetta, Georgia Metropolitan Statistical Area)
Duties and Responsibilities of our Administrative Assistant
General Manager's Administrative Assistant
Office problem solver.
Help GM in building a positive work culture (positive energy!).
Help GM prepare work product in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc. (e.g., scoreboards, playbooks, presentations, sales & marketing materials for customers and teammates, letters, internal memos, etc.).
Maintain an uplifting, clean (responsible for managing monthly cleaning staff but also keep the office clean in between monthly cleanings and take out the office trash), and organized office environment.
Order and maintain proper inventory of office supplies, marketing materials, etc.
Coordinate and host office events.
Accept deliveries.
Perform any other duties as required.
Assist Sales & Marketing Team
Convert qualified Leads to Prospects: (KPIs subject to minimums and opportunity to earn performance-based incentives.)
Answer in-coming calls by the third ring and qualify Leads and convert Qualified Leads to Prospects by scheduling in-person sales consultations.
Follow up on Qualified Leads.
Greet people coming to our Selection Center / Show Room. (Always keep the area presentable and customer-inviting.)
Manage social media accounts, including making required and best practices social media posts to generate Leads.
Enhance the customer experience by putting together and sending Pre-Appointment Packets to Prospects, “Thank You” cards as jobs are finished to Customers, etc.
Help create marketing materials.
Generate new Qualified Leads! (Everyone in the organization should generate Qualified Leads!) (Opportunity to earn performance-based incentives.)
ServiceMinder (“SM”) Customer Relationship Management (“CRM”) System; Bookkeeping; Records Management
Input data into and manage our SM CRM System, QuickBooks Online, and other systems:
Enter and maintain all Leads in our SM CRM system.
Audit proposals, measurements, and orders – e.g., audit cabinet acknowledgements against the designer’s layout and pricing to check for errors and ensure that the production date given corresponds with the time frame required for installation.
Maintain a payable processing system, match supplier invoices with purchase orders, code each invoice, and submit them to the General Manager/Sales Manager/Operations Manager for final approval and payment.
Perform job invoicing and statement mailings.
Close out job files balancing contract price with monies received and establish job gross profit for sales commission processing.
Prepare sales commission reports for the General Manager/Sales Manager’s review and submit it for payment.
Records Management: Maintain central job filing system online and physical
