    As our Keystone Sales Representative with Kitchen Tune-Up Raleigh Wake Forest, you will help us accelerate our expanding business utilizing exceptional sales generation skills and by developing strong partnerships. You are enthusiastic to help homeowners transform their kitchen vision into reality. You will present options while providing unparalleled customer service. Experience in cabinetry, carpentry, or home improvement is a huge plus.

    We are looking for a Self-Starter who is Driven to achieve results by 'planning the work and working the plan'.

    You should be the type of person who sets weekly goals and does what it takes to achieve those goals. You must be organized and ensure our team has the necessary customer information to quickly deliver once the sales is completed.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Utilize and leverage our proven Kitchen Tune-Up national sales processes.

    Work collaboratively with the office and technicians.

    Maintain electronic record of contacts, proposals, sales, and customer communication.

    Generate outside leads other than those generated by corporate marketing.

    Develop networking contacts, especially with potential partner companies.

    Experience/Skills Requirements:

    Sales: Creative and passionate about selling; In-Home sales experience preferred

    Industries: Construction, home remodeling, cabinetry, carpentry: 2 years (Preferred)

    Computer Knowledge Requirements: Microsoft products experience required. You must be able to quickly learn our CRM and diligently use it to schedule appointments, communicate with customers, and keep customer information updated on a daily basis.

    Must have valid driver’s license and carry required level of automobile insurance.

    Must have the ability to work a 5 day work week, which may include Saturdays. Additional days may be required based on volume and seasonality, in addition to the flexibility to work afternoon, evening and weekend hours.

    Ability to negotiate and close deals and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

    Candidate must have excellent customer service, listening and influencing skills and have a passion for improving the lives of our customers.

    Compensation:

    This position has a draw plus commission structure and is heavily weighted toward commission.

    Additional Bonuses for Referrals, Self-generated Leads, and Sales Target achievements. We reward results!
