Location:

This position is available in The Villages, FL and surrounding area (including but not limited to Ocala, Belleview, Leesburg, Mt. Dora, Clermont, Winter Garden). Design Consultant must live in this area as design consultations are completed in person.

Responsibilities:

Perform in-home consultation which will provide a custom solution for our client

Educate clients on the Kitchen Wise | Closet Wise products, highlight unique features and benefits, and sell the custom design; giving our client their solution

Manage the sales process from start to finish

Responsible for a fantastic customer experience which includes, but not limited to, client follow-up that will develop into strong ongoing customer relationships and future referrals

Qualifications:

Reliable transportation and excellent driving record

Previous sales experience and a proven ability to meet and exceed a sales quota

Strong reading, writing, arithmetic, and interpersonal communication skills

Familiarity and comfort with modern communication and computing technology

Interest in arts, design, and helping people

Ability to learn quickly to adapt to new environments/situations and innovate with regard to products, methods, and processes

Salary:

This is a 100% commission based opportunity

Commission range is 5-10% of total sale (commensurate on training needed to get you fully functioning on your own so you can earn your highest potential)

Hours:

This position is part-time contract. Consultations are dependent upon where you are willing to travel. You do have the flexibility to set your own schedule.
