We are seeking a passionate and dedicated teacher who is committed to integrating faith and learning in a nurturing and engaging classroom environment.

    Create home-style, nutritional meal plans in the boundaries of their school's budget, as well as state and federal requirements.

    Prepare and serve nutritious and delicious meals and snacks for children and staff.

    Maintain inventory of food and supplies and order more when needed.

    Have countless advancement opportunities through our on-going training and expansive network of centers and brands.

    Professionally, work with children, families and staff.

    Safety and Accountability

    Maintaining ongoing record of attendance

    Completing all written communications correctly and in a timely manner

    Maintaining line of sight and supervision of all children

    Health and Nutrition

    Conducting regular inspections of eating area used by the children in their care to ensure that there are no potential health and/safety hazards

    Responsible for the care and cleanliness of the furniture, materials, and surfaces in the kitchen to ensure a healthy and safe environment

    Using and teaching appropriate health practices to include: hand-washing techniques, and food service procedures

    Feeding children according to the developmental and programmatic guidelines

    Environment

    Maintaining appropriate kitchen arrangement.

    Modeling and training on the appropriate use of materials and equipment.

    Ensuring that kitchen areas are clean, organized and well-equipped

    Professional Development

    Attend training, workshops and/or college courses required for the position

    Other Responsibilities

    Work to promote the success of the center by being supportive, flexible, and a team player

    Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

    Work their scheduled hours.

    Able to perform all physical aspects of the position including, but not limited to: lifting up to 50lbs, getting up and down on the floor, bending to the floor, and standing for undetermined amount of time
