We work with top-tier imported lines from Italy and Vietnam, as well as local manufacturing partners, offering developers complete, turnkey kitchen solutions — from design to installation.

    Position Overview:

    We’re seeking an experienced, self-motivated Sales Representative who already has strong connections with contractors, developers, and construction companies in the Northeast region. The ideal candidate understands the construction and renovation industry, has a proven track record in B2B sales, and is ready to leverage their network to grow sales of kitchens, cabinetry, and related products.

    Responsibilities:

    Generate new leads and establish relationships with developers, builders, general contractors, and architects.

    Set up meetings and project opportunities with qualified construction and development companies.

    Present our kitchen and cabinetry lines to potential clients, highlighting product quality, pricing, and full-service installation capabilities.

    Collaborate with management to track leads, quotes, and orders through to completion.

    Represent the company professionally at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings.

    Requirements:

    Proven experience in construction materials sales (especially cabinetry, millwork, or building products).

    Established network of contractor and developer relationships in NY, NJ, CT, or PA.

    Strong negotiation and closing skills.

    Self-starter mentality — able to work independently and on commission.

    Excellent communication and presentation skills.

    Compensation:

    Commission-based — generous structure with high earning potential.

    Additional incentives for recurring accounts and long-term builder relation
