We are hiring someone experienced with Mosaic, Cabinet Vision, or similar cabinet software to enter jobs, create detailed cabinet layouts, and generate accurate CNC files. This role requires someone extremely organized, detail focused.

Responsibilities • Enter cabinet orders into Mosaic / Cabinet Vision with high accuracy • Create detailed cut lists, and CNC machining files • Ensure ALL cabinet parts, holes, dados, toe kicks, shelves, and hardware placements are correct • Prepare and organize files for CNC cutting (nesting, optimization, labeling) • Double-check every job to prevent errors before sending to production • Communicate with production team to verify details and resolve issues

Requirements • Experience with Mosaic, Cabinet Vision, or similar software (required) • Strong understanding of cabinet construction and CNC machining • Very organized and extremely detail-oriented • Ability to follow specs exactly and verify measurements
