Kitchen Manager – McColley’s Irish Pub The Role: We are a high-volume Irish Pub serving authentic Irish soul food and American favorites. We operate out of a small, fast-paced kitchen where efficiency is everything. We need a humble, hard-working leader who leads from the front, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in a clean, organized line. What You’ll Do: • The Food: Implement our core menu and develop weekly specials. • The Logistics: Handle all food ordering, inventory, and par levels. • The Team: Create schedules for cooks and dishwashers. You are the backup for call-ins. • The Standard: Maintain a strict cleaning schedule and high safety standards. What We Offer: • Compensation: $45,000 – $60,000 per year (DOE). • Balance: Approx. 45-hour work week with 2 consecutive days off. • The Schedule: Shifts typically 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM or 10:00 PM. • Perks: 401K, Paid Vacation, and Free Shift Meals. Requirements: • Humble, "player-coach" attitude (willing to wash dishes or jump on the line). • Experience in high-volume, small-footprint kitchens. • Reliability to cover shifts when necessary.
