    Job Description

    We are a well-established non-independent Broker owned escrow company, K-T Services, with offices in Yucaipa and Hemet, CA. Our escrow company services our 100+ agents in our four Coldwell Banker Kivett-Teeters offices, located in Beaumont, Hemet, Highland, and Yucaipa. We have been in business since 1974, are family-owned, independent, yet big enough to keep our employees happy, and small enough that we know that your family has to come first still. We seek an entry-level Escrow Assistant or Jr. Escrow Officer for an immediate opening inside our Yucaipa location. Depending on the experience level, we are hiring either a full-time or part-time position. This is an in-office position and not available as a work from home position. Position Qualifications

    • Detail-oriented (accuracy is critical), responsible, self-starter who can effectively coordinate and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
    • Proficient knowledge Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat
    • Basic computer skills: comfortable working with email, documents and doing web research.
    • Excellent writing skills and phone skills
    • Ability to learn and adapt to changes. Cool and calm demeanor when communicating with agents and clients.
    • Professional attire and attitude
    • Real Estate license and escrow experience is a plus! Responsibilities include:
    • Assist escrow officer with stacking files for auditing and delivery.
    • Open title orders, Review prelims, payoffs, demands, liens, etc. for escrow officer.
    • Request payoffs, HOA Certifications, updated insurance.
    • Processing, packaging, and typing escrows instruction.
    • Manage deliveries and packages from notaries, messengers and delivery services.
    • Trust account/ Bank account reconciliation
    • Preparing files for signing, monitoring closings, and packaging closings.
    • Responding in a timely, professional, and courteous manner to client/agent inquiries via email, phone and in person.
