What You'll Do Our operations team is currently seeking a Logistics Manager to manage the relationship with our partnered 3PLs, track and manage orders into and out of the 3PL, and manage inventory within our network of warehouses. The Logistics Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all SLAs are met, KPIs are tracked, orders are fulfilled efficiently, and customer service needs are met. Key Responsibilities: Manage the relationship with our partnered 3PLs, ensuring that all SLAs are met. Track and manage orders into and out of the 3PL, verifying that all orders are fulfilled on time and to the customer's satisfaction. Manage cross-border service partners with international orders Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain, supporting the growth of the company. Track KPIs for all fulfillment to validate all targets are being met. Work directly with the customer service team to meet customer orders needs and ensure that any issues related to logistics are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. Manage incoming inventory into the warehouse and ensure that inventory is received, processed, and stored correctly in the appropriate warehouse Collaborate with the Operations team to optimize customer service levels, and sustain inventory levels to meet demand. Manage wholesale orders and confirm we are in compliance with each individual partner Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and project management skills.
