Klainand Associates, LLC, a Chicago based company,  is seeking a licensedattorney with 2- 4 years of experience to join our new West Coast office!

Previous litigation experience required, preferably in the areasof, SS Disability,  Workman's Comp and/or Personal Injury and familiaritywith medical records and medical discovery.

Candidate’s responsibilities will include court appearances,drafting various motions, file management from inception to finish, andoversight so that all cases move smoothly through the litigation process.Candidate will be working in a fast paced and high volume practice and will berequired to do some travel.

The ideal candidate needs to possess a strong academicbackground, ambition and eagerness to learn. Candidates must also be organized,enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and have excellent written and oralcommunication skills.
