Klain and Associates, LLC is seeking a licensed attorney with 2- 4 years of experience to join our team.  Previous litigation experience required, preferably in the areas of workman's comp and/or personal injury and familiarity with medical records and medical discovery.

Candidate’s responsibilities will include court appearances, drafting various motions, file management from inception to finish, and oversight so that all cases move smoothly through the litigation process. Candidate will be working in a fast paced and high volume practice and will be required to do some travel.

The ideal candidate needs to possess a strong academic background, ambition and eagerness to learn. Candidates must also be organized, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and have excellent written and oral communication skills.
