Salary: $25-30/hr. Exempt.
- Arrangement: M ~ F 9AM~6PM EST. Flexible schedule.
- Location: 100% Remote, Eastern Standard Time region preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the client (patient) tickets as the senior care specialist, answer medical-related questions to the new and existing patients.
Consistently exhibits behavior and communication skills that demonstrate Klarity's commitment to superior customer service, including quality, care, and concern with each and every internal and external customer. Reply to messages to patients on behalf of their providers.
- Request, follow up and process prior authorizations, identify and document each payer's submission process. Be highly responsive and communicate any changes in patient's prior authorization status to care operations, clinical, and partnerships teams.
- Monitor the CRM, proactively reach out to patients by messages or emails to follow up with the service quality and schedule additional visits per patient's requests.
- Patient/Provider Communication: Daily scan through all the conversations on IntakeQ. (Make sure messages are responded to in 24 hours).
- Patient Tickets: Klarity's general Customer Service team will assign medical tickets to the Care Manager to further process.
- Provider Tickets: Reply to provider tickets on Hubspot on a daily basis.
- Rescue warning cases: Directly contact the clients who are on warning status, and promote the overall retention rate.
- Provider Onboarding: Give newly recruited providers a 30min-45min online training workshop call.
- Provider Sync: Weekly call with the provider.
- Prior Authorization: Process all the PAs of the providers they directly help manage
REQUIREMENTS:
- Be able to navigate and manage multiple tech platforms
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in behavioral health and/or supervision in an outpatient clinic or hospital setting (required).
- Thorough knowledge of management principles, clinical systems and operations, billing and collections, quality assurance, and regulatory/accreditation agency requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Care Coordinator-Medical Assistant/LVN (Remote). Experience in Behavioral Health prior authorization processes (required).
- Experience with EHR (electronic health records) and e-prescribing software preferred.

- Batchelor's Degree preferred but not required
- Medical Assisting Certification highly recommended but not required
- Medical office or clinical office experience preferred
- Experience with Google Suite
