    About the Position

    This role will be focusing on high-volume outreach to advanced practice clinicians (NPs, PAs) and therapists. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a strong understanding & experience of the healthcare sector, particularly in areas of telehealth and mental health services. The SDR will be responsible for generating leads, initiating contacts, and setting the stage for successful sales engagements with healthcare professionals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • High Volume Leads Outreaching: Proactively reach out to advanced practice clinicians and therapists in high volume to develop leads for our telehealth platform.
    • Communicate Value: Utilize phone, email, and social media effectively to articulate our value proposition to potential clients.
    • Qualify Leads: Identify and assess the suitability and interest of potential leads in our services.
    • CRM Management: Keep track of interactions and lead information accurately within the CRM system.
    • Strategy Collaboration: Work in tandem with sales and marketing teams to refine and implement effective outreach strategies.
    • Continuous Learning: Regularly participate in training to stay abreast of telehealth industry trends and sales techniques.

    Qualifications:

    • (Required) Proven experience in high-volume sales, preferably in the healthcare sector.
    • (Required) Familiarity with the roles and responsibilities of advanced practice clinicians and therapists.
    • (Required) Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
    • (Preferred) Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in digital communication tools.

    Compensation, Benefits, and Arrangements:

    • Salary & Commission: $30/hr ~ $50+/hr (open to discussion)
    • Location: Remote work opportunity within the US.
    • Job Type: Part-time, with flexible for contractor role.
