PAY: $120.00 ~ $150.00/hour

_JOB TYPE: Contractor and others. Flexible schedule applied; Nights & weekends are available. _

__QUALIFICATION:

• Must have an active nurse practitioner or physician assistant license.

• Must have more than one year of practice experience with mental health patients.

• Must have active DEA registration (Schedule II~V)

• Prefer to have full practice authority or already work with a collaborative physician, if required.

• Prefer to have personal malpractice insurance.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct initial online visits with new patients, provide professional mental health evaluation and diagnosis.
• Conduct monthly follow-up online visits. Perform medication management if necessary.
• Develops individualized treatment plans to address the client's goals and objectives
