    We are seeking an experienced M&A Consultant to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of excellence by connecting our team with key decision-makers and business owners, including but not limited to websites and associated digital properties, as well as advisement on full company acquisitions.

    About the Role:

    As an M&A Consultant specializing in sports entertainment and small businesses, you will play a pivotal role in advising on strategic transactions and facilitating connections between Klay Media's team and potential acquisition targets. You will leverage your industry expertise to identify opportunities, conduct thorough due diligence, and provide comprehensive recommendations that align with Klay Media's objectives.

    What You'll Do:

    • Market Analysis : Conduct detailed market research and analysis within the sports entertainment and small business sectors to identify potential M&A opportunities.
    • Client Advisory : Work closely with clients to understand their strategic goals and provide expert advice on M&A transactions, including acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, and joint ventures.
    • Networking : Develop and maintain a robust network of contacts within the sports entertainment and small business sectors to facilitate introductions and connections between Klay Media's team and key decision-makers at target businesses.
    • Due Diligence: Lead and coordinate the due diligence process, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and integration planning.
    • Valuation : Perform business valuations and financial modeling to support M&A transactions, ensuring accurate and fair assessments.
    • Deal Structuring : Develop and negotiate deal structures, terms, and conditions that meet the needs of both buyers and sellers.
    • Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry partners, and financial institutions.
    • Project Management : Manage multiple M&A projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful execution of all phases of the transaction process.
    • Reporting : Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, summarizing findings, recommendations, and strategic insights.

    About You:

    • Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA) is preferred.
    • Experience : At least 7 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, or corporate finance, with a focus on sports entertainment and small businesses.
    • Industry Knowledge : In-depth understanding of the sports entertainment industry and small business market dynamics.
    • Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
    • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
    • Networking Skills: Proven ability to build and leverage a network of industry contacts to facilitate strategic connections.
    • Negotiation Skills : Proven track record of successful deal negotiation and structuring.
