KLEHR HARRISON HARVEY BRANZBURG LLP IS SEEKING A FULL-TIME FAMILY LAW ASSOCIATE WITH 3 TO 7 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WHO IS LICENSED TO PRACTICE IN PENNSYLVANIA AND NEW JERSEY.

The attorney must be experienced in all aspects of family law such as divorce, custody, support, domestic violence, drafting of motions, pre- and post-marital agreements, dissolutions, post-decree modifications and orders of protection. The ideal candidate also will have an existing or growing book of business that generates between $50,000-$150,000 annually. Candidates should possess the following:

• Strong academic credentials, including a J.D. or equivalent degree from a well-respected U.S. law school.
• Superior writing, communication and analytical skills.
• Passion for the practice and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with 3 other full-time family law attorneys.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage workflow priorities.
• Be proactive and self-starting, and able to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills – including the ability to respond productively to direction and feedback and to work well with staff and leadership at all levels.
• Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy and a commitment to work product that is thorough, complete and excellent.
• Be a team player bringing a spirit of camaraderie and collaboration.
• Admission to PA and NJ Bars.
