Primary Responsibilities:

• Review, estimate and create project budgets for competitive janitorial bids
• Perform Site Visits in southwest Florida area
• Develop and implement policies for maximizing operational efficiency and profitability
• Assist in creating and reviewing Change Orders
• Monitor key metrics and develop action plans for improving project profits
• Develop and implement best practices and procedures to enhance business growth
• Build and maintain positive trust relationship with customers to minimize clientele attrition

Requirements and Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred)
• Janitorial Operations experience (required)
• 1+ year of business operations management experience (preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills (required)
• Performance management experience
• Proficiency with standard business software, such as the Microsoft suite and ability to learn to use new programs

Job Types: Part-time/Freelance

Pay: $20 - $30 per hour based on experience OR commission-based

Schedule Varies and is Flexible:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends

Experience:

• Cleanup & Janitorial Services: 3+ years (Required)

Required travel:

• 25% - 50% in local area (Required)

Work Location:

• On the road/Remote office/Local Job Sites
