ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: ·       Litter pickup in outdoor park areas, trails, and sidewalks

·       Wipe down picnic tables, benches, garbage cans, playgrounds, and other park assets

·       Clean off grills

·       Empty Park trash cans and recycling cans, and replace new trash bags in trash cans

·       Drop off trash bags to nearby dumpsters on and offsite

·       Clean restrooms (sweep, mop, empty trash, clean toilets, and mirrors, etc.)

·       Restock consumables of restrooms (paper towels, soap, toilet paper, etc.)

·       Use of phone-based apps to track daily progress

·       Each day has a slightly different route

·       Job Site Locations: Immoklee, FL

·       Daily and Weekly tasks may adjust based on the project needs

·       Any other tasks assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

     Experience:

o  Must be trustworthy to work alone and in office buildings

o  Must have a car

o  Must have at least 1 year of verifiable janitorial experience.

o   Must have a working phone that is able to download two mobile apps used to complete the job 

o   Must have a reliable mode of transportation to get to work. 

o   Driving experience and a valid drivers license required

o   Must be independent and keep a strict routine so that you can be on time to the various job sites.

o   Must pass a background check - Mandatory before starting work 

o   Must pass a drug test for MDMA (Molly), cocaine and crystal methamphetamine

o   Must be in good physical condition and health, without mental or physical disabilities or impairments which would reasonably be expected to interfere with the performance of the services. 

o   Ability to work in varying weather conditions (snow, rain, heat)

o   Ability to drive to different routes each day

o   Must be age 18 or over 

o   Must have a demonstrated record of satisfactory attendance and punctuality

o   Desire to help keep our community clean and safe

o   A strong work ethic and commitment to getting the job dome

o   Friendly attitude

o   Ability to work independently

o   Excellent verbal communication skills

o   Ability to use basic technology for report completion of locations

o   Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

·      Language & Communication:

o   Good communication skills and ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions are also required

o   Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with and motivate a diverse group of employees

·       Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of personnel problems

o   May require in-depth ability to read, interpret and explain situations

o   Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment, often under time constraints

PAY: $13 -$15 / hour 

BENEFITS:

·       After 90 days (first of the month) of continuous work for 35 hours each week, you will qualify for health insurance
