Kline & Company currently seeks professionals that are able to understand the chemicals and materials, consumer products, or energy industries as full-time Analysts or Consultants, depending upon prior experience, to join its Management Consulting group based out of its Parsippany, NJ office, serving the firm’s global clients.  The firm is seeking individuals that are team players, high-energy, enthusiastic, hard working and flexible with the ability to work effectively across industry segments and service offerings. Prior management consulting experience is a plus but not required.  As a member of the Management Consulting group, your primary responsibility will be to develop and analyze market, competitive, and technical information and insights for client engagements that support the critical and strategic decisions our clients are facing.

As an integral part of the project team, you will be expected to utilize tools to better comprehend key businesses and to develop strategic recommendations for our clients including:

-          Synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data in order to address clients’ key issues effectively

-          Managing individual project workstreams

-          Conducting primary interviews with selected industry and regulatory sources

-          Developing and analyzing data from primary and secondary sources to generate strategic insights and answer key strategic questions our clients are facing

-          Interpreting findings including making financial and, if necessary, engineering calculations

-          Writing interim and final client reports and presentations

-          Presenting and clearly articulating our findings to our clients

-          More senior positions may also be required to manage project analysts and/or consultants

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Qualified candidates will have up to 3 years of experience in management consulting and/or industry with excellent analytical, data modeling, communication, and presentation skills. An undergraduate degree in business, engineering, or chemistry is required.

Microsoft Office Suite skills necessary, experience with Power BI preferred.
