Your Role:

•Serving as a daily client contact for multiple clients and entities within the client structure

• Managing junior members of the team and fostering their career growth

•Collaborating on strategic direction for work development and opportunities for growth

•Lead projects involving design, maintenance, direction and measurement on a brand’s web and social channels.

• Comfortable and effective sales of Agency strategies, creative and points of view

• Full awareness of creative and interactive processes including digital platforms

• Develop a keen understanding of the clients’ big picture marketing goals and business objectives in an effort to align the agency's delivery teams to the same objectives.

Your Profile

• 5+ years’ Agency experience with a digital advertising emphasis

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business or mass communications is desirable

•Displaying a constant sense of curiosity, creative thinking, and an eye toward emerging trends
