Summary:  

The VP of Production is a member of the management team, overseeing Accounts, Business Leadership, and Finance/Operations.

The VP of Production is a creative problem solver whose digital production and operations expertise allows them to guide complex development efforts for maximum client implementation, expression and consumer interactivity.

Your Role:

Strong leadership skills help them oversee the department’s activities, as they are accountable for the quality of work, timing and costs of said work in conjunction with business leadership, account management, operations, and external vendors.

• Ensure goals are met and projects delivered on time and on budget.
• Accountable for SOW labor hours ensuring to meet projected requirements.
• Great communicator, motivator with an innate ability to get things done while maintaining a “peaceable kingdom.”
• Advise the production team directors on best practices, scope, schedules, red flag resolution, pricing, and budget.
• Provide accountability on all projects from concept to delivery and must be intimately connected to all internal teams
